Users and owners are welcome to visit our company at any time.

2. The equipment and products supporting key projects shall be delivered according to the contract requirements. For those in need of technical services, professional technical service personnel will be sent to participate in unpacking and acceptance, and guide the installation and debugging until the equipment runs normally.

3. Ensure to provide users with excellent pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, introduce product performance and usage to users comprehensively, and provide relevant information. When necessary, it is obliged to invite the buyer to participate in the technical design review of the supplier.

4. According to the needs of users, we will provide business training on equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology for the buyer. Track the quality of key users, visit users, and continuously improve product performance and quality according to user needs.

5. The warranty period of the equipment (product) is 12 months. Responsible for quality problems that occur during the warranty period, and implement "three guarantees" (repair, replacement, return).

6. For products that exceed the "Three Guarantees" period, we guarantee to provide maintenance parts according to user needs and do a good job in maintenance services. The spare parts and wearing parts of the product have preferential ex-factory prices.

7. After receiving the quality problem information reported by the user, reply within 2 hours or send service personnel to the scene as soon as possible, so that the user is not satisfied and the service will not stop.
